Cartridges and caps are poured into sorting bowls. A clean room robot picks up cartridges and places them onto conveyor. Containers are filled and closed under temperature management for viscosity control. The machine guarding provides user safety while ensuring ample access to the workstations. Different container types can be processed with a simple size parts change providing flexibility on one platform. Capping feature includes screw capping and/ or friction insertion.
